| Review: | If I could have rated them zero I would have. I have a client who ordered the mini gold gift bags from Bulk party supplies.com. The bags on receipt were not gold but metallic orange, the handles flop they do not stand as pictured. The customer service people hung up on her on complaint, refused to take the bags back and told her she was annoying. Note their return policy before buying anything it is quite restrictive and prohibitive. They have to approve it and they decide if it is defective or not. Basically they have pulled a bait and switch on her. Complaints will be filed with appropriate regulatory agencies. |
